I must admit.
She slipped away as fast as she could.
The boot peeked in to see if the shoe was okay.
her sole had worn and very thin.
stared at the pouring rain.
muddy path.
Blue Shoe's heel sunk into the mud.
she was brave and held out hope.
A sloshing.
Her heart leapt with joy.
